Bahrām asked the mountain, What are you? The mountain said, Resistance. Bahrām answered, Then you have named my work.

The river defeats stone by refusing to become tired. Decide whether this is patience or conquest.

A locked gate boasts only until the key arrives.

Victory is not always standing above an enemy. Sometimes it is standing after your former self has ordered you to kneel.

The ram lowers its head not from humility but geometry.

The arrow conquers distance by surrendering to its path.

Beware the man who needs an opponent in order to feel strong; remove his opponent and he collapses from unemployment.

Bahrām gives no medals for obstacles imagined and then heroically defeated.

The finest enemy is resistance that teaches you a shape you did not know you possessed.
